Keith Lyle is a former Super Bowl Champion while playing as a safety for the St. Louis Rams. Following his decorated NFL career, Keith wanted to give back to the game that gave him so much. He now shares his drive, determination, and professional expertise of the game as a coach for youth football. Most recently, Keith has put this deep knowledge of the game to work in a soon-to-be released coaching manual for youth football.
